As Alabama Power’s statewide innovation development lead, Kellie Cosby-Clark helps advance innovation across the state by strengthening partnerships, supporting new initiatives and accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies and entrepreneurial solutions.
Kellie brings more than a decade of experience building entrepreneurship and capital infrastructure in emerging startup markets. Before joining Alabama Power in 2026, she served as entrepreneur in residence at Harmony Venture Labs’ venture studio, where she helped launch new companies. She also served as managing director and industry principal for gener8tor’s Prosper HealthTech Accelerator, guiding healthcare founders through payer sales cycles, fundraising strategies and growth opportunities.
Beyond her role at Alabama Power, Kellie represents Birmingham in the AI Readiness Lab, an inaugural initiative of Opportunity@Work and Brookings Metro. She earned a Master of Public Administration in economic and community development from Auburn University.
