Lauren Lambiase
Project Manager, Business Development
Lauren Lambiase is one of Alabama Power's statewide economic development project managers.
In this role, she guides companies who are considering a new facility or relocation to Alabama. Lauren began her career at Alabama Power in 2019, after serving most recently as a regional community and economic development manager at Georgia Power in metro Atlanta.
Prior to joining Georgia Power, Lauren worked in the Georgia Department of Economic Development's global commerce division. In that role, she specialized in recruiting technology companies, corporate headquarters, contact centers, back office operations, life sciences and data centers to the state. She's also served as senior business development manager for the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce's economic development division and director of public affairs and development with the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Lauren holds a bachelor's degree in international business with an emphasis in marketing and Spanish from Auburn University. She's a member of the Economic Development Association of Alabama.
Outside of work, Lauren loves to travel internationally and is brave enough to do it with small children. She is a first generation U.S. citizen and is fluent in Spanish. A Georgia native, she now lives in Hoover, Alabama, with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys running with her dog in her spare time.
I find it so rewarding to come back to Alabama, back to my family's roots, and work on behalf of its citizens – creating more employment opportunities and an improved quality of life in this beautiful state.
