Sondra Dunaway is a community development project manager. She develops leadership programs, facilitates strategic planning and assists with industrial site development. In addition, she manages the company's Speculative Loan Building Program. This program is designed to assist qualified communities across the state to finance the buildings they need to be competitive for business attraction. Sondra has 16 years experience in economic and community development.
Sondra attended the University of Alabama, completed a bachelor of science degree and received a master of business administration degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham.
Her professional economic development training includes completed course work at Ohio State University and Auburn University. Sondra is certified to conduct strategic planning and advance facilitation by The Leadership Strategies Institute.
