Saundra McDonald

As Executive Secretary for the Vice President of Economic and Community Development, Saundra provides administrative support for the Vice President, as well as working on special projects and supporting other areas of the department as needed.

Saundra came to Alabama Power Company in 1984 in the Corporate Real Estate Department and moved to Human Resources in 1985 spending 19 years in various areas of Human Resources. She retired in 2004 only to be called back to work in 2005 by Human Resources. She joined the Economic and Community Development Department in January 2007 as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Community Development area of the department and moved into her present position as Executive Secretary to the Vice President in April 2007.

Saundra attended Jefferson State Junior College and Samford University.
