Liz mcGill

Liz McGill is the executive secretary to the vice president.

McGill started with Alabama Power in 1987 as an administrative assistant in Birmingham Division Accounting and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the Corporate Secretary's office and the Alabama Power Foundation. For the past 12 years, she has provided administrative support to the Charitable Giving department and the Alabama Power Foundation.

In addition, McGill has coordinated the Educational Matching Gift Program, the Community Forestry Project and the Alabama Power Employees' Children's Scholarship program. She has served as assistant secretary to the Alabama Business Charitable Trust FundInc., secretary to the state board of the Alabama Power Service Organization, and president of the Alabama Power Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
