Krystal Conner

Krystal is the administrative assistant to the Economic and Community Development group.

Krystal started with Alabama Power Company in 2007 in the Customer Service Organization. She worked in the Sales and Service Excellence Department with the Workforce Management group for the past 3 years as an IEX technology assistant. During her time in the Customer Service Organization, she was an active member of the civic team in 2009-2010, she served as the United Way coordinator in 2010, and she was also awarded the CSO Service Excellence Award. She is a member of APSO, an Alabama Power Lifeliner, and a member of the LEAD Organization.

Krystal graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2005 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in English with a technical writing concentration. She is currently pursuing her MBA at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
