Ken Novak

Ken Novak is a senior economic development project manager responsible for the active recruitment of companies to Alabama and assisting existing industries with their expansion efforts. He has more than 16 years of economic development experience and 27 years in various positions, with Alabama Power. He has worked with companies across various industry sectors including automotive, plastics, metal fabrication, steel, chemical, distribution and food processing.

Ken received a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Alabama and master of business administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

He is an active member with the Economic Development Association of Alabama, board member, and past-president of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, Birmingham Chapter.
